Septum

The ‘Septum’ piercing is the most trendy type of piercing in the fashion industry. The septum piercing is placed under the hard cartilage of the nose called the “sweet spot” where there is no cartilage. It can be found in the gap between the bottom of the nose and the hard cartilage. This is generally pierced with a Circular Barbell (horseshoe) so that it can be worn out or flicked up the nose.
