How to Enrol

  • After reviewing the modules, pick one, two, or all modules and add them to your cart. From there you can proceed to the checkout.

    The Course Coordinator - Sophie's number is available for a pre-registration chat on 09 307 9374 where we can establish the best options for your training and find suitable dates.

  • Paying for the Course

    Once you have agreed on a course, we will send an invoice for your deposit and balance payment.
    You will receive:
    A receipt of registration.

    Once the deposit is paid:
    An email-welcome-pack with confirmation of:
    start dates,
    Attendance schedule,
    A link to pre-course reading and,
    An Invoice for the balance of the course to be paid 10 business days before you start.

Piercing Course FAQ's

    Entry requirements

    R18+ is the minimum requirement for our course. You will need to be on your feet all day and be required to actively participate in practical aspects of piercing.

    Work placements

    We highly recommend you find a placement before starting the course. Putting into practice everything you've learned immediately is the best way to keep information fresh.

    Although we hire staff, vacancies with us are few and far between. The average piercer at Keen stays for 5 years before moving on. 1/3 of our workforce have been with us for 7+ years.

    Pharmacy Specific Course

    We do over 2,500 piercings every week. We've become specialists in tricks of the trade in new piercings.

    Instruments

    Not all Instruments are created equal. We've tried and tested lots!
    You will have access to our supply chain for bulk purchasing and in most cases, you will get your orders in days not weeks.

    Jewellery

    There are standard piercing suppliers and then there are manufactures on steroids! If you want high quality jewellery at unbelievable prices.

    We've tried and tested it all. oh and there is a greater chance we're still far cheaper.

    Equipment

    From ultrasonic cleaners to display cabinets and piercing chairs. You'll have access to fantastic pricing.

    Dress Standard

    Appropriate dress standards

    We require you to dress according to the standard of our staff when in our environment.

    - Comfortable closed shoes.
    - No low cut tops.
    - No short dresses/shorts.
    - No baggy long sleeves.
    - Long hair tied back.
    - No ripped jeans.

    Our staff have chosen to only wear black as a type of uniform.
